We just had a great city break at this hotel for a very reasonable price. the rooms were nice with comfortable beds and good air conditioning, perfect for a hot summer day. the hotel was located in a great spot, just a short walk away from local sites and restaurants. the staff was friendly and valet service was included.

The breakfast buffet didn't have many options and didn't meet our expectations.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, with free parking and great valet service. the rooms are upgraded and remodeled, with classy decor and comfortable beds. the hotel offers cool AC, hot showers, and a pool. There are several elevators available, making it easily accessible for those with physical handicaps. the TV has a wide range of channels, providing entertainment options. the hotel is within easy walking distance to local sites and affordable restaurants.

The breakfast buffet is poor and could be improved.

Hotel is very big, and great difference in room quality. Hamam, Sauna and swimmingpool are free.

our room was along a side street and very noisy. the local mosque went off at 5am and rang out for 20 minutes. their was music from a nightclub until well after midnight.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the attractions and amenities. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Gaziantep. The location was very convenient, making it easy for me to explore the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day right.

Staff was great, for the money it was nice and very clean. Close to shopping and attractions.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the nice pool the hotel offered. The central location of the hotel made it easy for me to explore the city and its attractions. the friendly staff was always available to help.

The language barrier made it difficult to communicate with the staff who could not speak any other language. The breakfast buffet was poor and disappointing, which was the worst aspect of my stay.

I really liked the helpfullness and the friendliness of the staff. Really amazing. And he breakfast buffet, that too.

Situation near to all sites, museums & shopping. Also near to park & river area for walking. Helpful staff. Good Turkish breakfast.
